A double room was the best.

The room was clean and included a shower and towels.

Comfortable bed, dining area, seating area, and work desk in the room. Awesome central location right in the middle of everything was a big plus! 😊

we liked this exceptionally friendly hotel and stayed here for 28 nights. the bar was perfect for breakfast. the staff were excellent and helpful and the location was magnificent in the middle of jackson. moreover, it was near the beach and all amenities, restaurants and entertainment, and bus stop.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. We loved that it was close to the bus stop, making it easy for us to explore the city. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking lush gardens. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the pool and fitness center. it was a fantastic experience.

The staff at this incredible hotel were absolutely jaw-dropping! They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and took amazing care of me. Best of all, they even remembered my love for classic English music and played it at the pool. The evenings spent by the pool were super enjoyable. The breakfast and bar were top-notch. The location is ideal, close to numerous dining options, including a popular spot called Cafe Roma. I met so many wonderful people and had an AMAZING time lounging by the outdoor swimming pool. And guess what? They even allowed my dog to stay with me - the hotel is very, very dog-friendly! The overall experience was mind-blowing and I wish I could still be there.

The hotel is quite old and the furniture in the rooms reflects that. The beds are uncomfortable and the noise from the remodeling work starting early in the morning was disruptive.
